Fermenting (Kraut & Kombucha) Workshop

During this workshop you'll learn how to make your own probiotic (and super healthy) sauerkraut and kombucha.

You'll get to take away what you make (including a scoby for fermenting more kombucha) and also taste some other ferments too.

We'll discuss how fermented (not pickled) fermented foods and drinks assit in physical and mental health (including digestive, immune, hormone, mood and energy wise).

If you have dabbled in fermenting and are still a little worried/unsure/confused about it, a total newbie or even done a lot of it, this workshop works for everyone.

You'll need to bring with you a knife, chopping board, bowl and couple of large jars or a few small one's.

This will take place on Saturday 26th Sept at 10.00 until about 14.00 and the investment in this workshop is €12.00

This will be taking place in Andorinha.  Exact address details will given once you place it booked.

Places will be limited as space is limited, so I ask that you pay a €5.00 (non-refundable but can be transferable) deposit to hold your place (and the rest on the day).  You can pay this to faithcanter@hotmail.co.uk (friends and family option).

I'm a nutritional consultant who specialises in all things fermenty (as they are soooo awesome for so many health concerns and also an amazing way to conserve our adunbundance of produce from the garden)! ;0) Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all.  In future workshops we'll cover other kinds of ferments too, we'll just start with the basics here.
