Christmas Themed Ferment-Together Workshop - with optional Vegan lunch afterwards
Let's make some Christmas Ferments together (Kraut & Kvass), plus sample more, like Christmas Kombucha & Fermented Red Onion Relish too.
Optional Vegan lunch afterwards (with Christmas tunes & crackers if we can find some).
Workshop starts at 10.00 and finishes at 13.00 and is being held by myself Faith Canter at Quinta Kania in Vila Do Mato (Tabua) in their wonderful heated Yurt in the middle of the forest.
Bring your own chopping board, 2 medium sized jars, knife and bowl. And, if you might need to sit down during the workshop please bring a folding chair.
These workshops have been very popular and due to Covid restrictions spaces are very limited so booking in advance is essential.
The morning is an investment of €15.00 per person, plus an additonal €5.00 if you would like to stay on and sample a vegan lunch made by the lovely people at Quinta Kania and an extra €2.00 if you would like a glass of homemade vegan baileys & a vegan mince pie afterwards.
