YOGA slow flow (Tábua)

pt- Martina ensina uma forma dinâmica de Hatha Yoga influenciado pelo método Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga de Sri T. Krichnamacharya e Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Trabalhando com alunos de todos os níveis, criamos um programa de Yoga pessoal, ajudando os praticantes a desenvolver a sua prática individual de acordo com as suas próprias capacidades.

Semanal, prática de YOGA até 4 vezes por semana. Aulas também nos feriados e nas férias.

en- Martina teaches a dynamic form of Hatha Yoga based on the classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the tradition of Sri T.Krichnamacharya and Sri K.Patthabi Jois.

This class is a preparation or a good complement to the Ashtanga yoga method.(Monday, Wednesday and Friday) We will start the yoga practice step by step with gentle sequences. Slowly we get familiarized with the traditional ashtanga series.
Supported and passive postures, breathing exercises allow the body to release in a natural way to reduce tension and stress.

Creativity and supportive alignments during the yogapractice makes it accessible to everyone, The lessons are designed so

that each participant can develop their individual practice according to their own capabilities.

Weekly, YOGA practice up to 4 times a week.Classes also on holiday and vacations.
